An Evening with Melissa Manchester Details
Spend an evening with the incomparable, Grammy Award-winning, Singer/Songwriter, Melissa Manchester as she performs her greatest hits and many other classics. Some of her hit songs include "Midnight Blue," "Whenever I Call You Friend," "Don't Cry Out Loud," "Theme from Ice Castles (Through the Eyes of Love)," "Come In From the Rain." Don't miss the opportunity to see this legendary performer live in concert with your Desert Symphony.
Dancing and Romancing Details
Broadway and Hollywood combine for a romantic and entertaining evening of song and dance with two veterans of the Broadway stage: Joan Hess and Kirby Ward. Inspired by the likes of Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Gene Kelly and Eleanor Powell, this evening will put a song in your heart and have you dancing in the aisles! You will see one of the most prolific Pops performances and revel in some of the greatest music ever composed. In concert with The Desert Symphony Orchestra.
The Desert Symphony's 26th Annual Gala Featuring Jason Alexander Details
Long before he became Seinfeld's "George Costanza", the vastly talented Jason Alexander was a Tony Award winning Broadway musical star. He shares that musical journey and passion for the music of the theater in a magical, musical and often hysterical evening. Intially focusing on the Broadway stage, he has starred in the original production of Sondheim's Merrily We Roll Along, The Rink, Broadway Bound and Jerome Robbins Broadway, a musical revue that he both authored and starred in, playing 14 different roles and for which he won a Drama Desk, Outer Critic Circle and Tony Award for Best Musical Actor. His career is one that defines diversity in every form. Jason Alexander joins The Desert Symphony for his first-ever symphonic performance in Palm Desert.

We are 26 years old and look who is blowing out the candles on our cake! Proceeds from ticket sales support The Desert Symphony and "The Children's Music Discovery Series"

PERFORMANCE ONLY: $250/150/100
A great way to see a show at the McCallum Theatre is to organize 20 or more people who can attend as a group. Savings of up to 10% are available for many of our performances.

A typical group sales arrangement requires a non-refundable deposit to hold the tickets, with the balance due approximately 45 days prior to the show.

When you think about it, a group of 20 is easy to put together. It's ten couples, a birthday party, perhaps a church outing. All it takes to make it happen is a little advance planning and a phone call to our group sales manager.
