West Side Story
The Rabobank Broadway Blockbusters Series
More than fifty years ago one musical changed theater forever. Now it's back and mesmerizing audiences once again. From the first note to the final breath, West Side Story soars as the greatest love story of all time and remains as powerful, poignant and timely as ever. The Bernstein and Sondheim score is considered to be one of Broadway's finest and features such classics of the American musical theatre as "Something's Coming," "Tonight," "America," "I Feel Pretty" and "Somewhere." As the Associated Press says, "West Side Story remains Broadway's best dance-driven musical. Five decades have not dimmed the extraordinary choreography or the score that pulsates throughout."

One Night Only Details
Jewish Family Service of the Desert (JFS) presents a Michael Childers' Production of One Night Only. In "Tradition: The Jewish Legacy of Broadway," Michael explores the influence of Jewish composers and performers from the beginnings of Broadway through the present. The cast of more than 20 of the best of Broadway and Hollywood performers includes Roger Bart, Jim Brochu, Charles Busch, Liz Callaway, Brian Childers, Kevin Earley, David Engel, Shana Blake Hill, Mimi Hines, Alix Korey, Vicki Lewis, Peter Marshall, Millicent Martin, Donna McKechnie, Sharon McNight, Sal Mistretta, Debra Monk, Gary Shaw, Von Smith, Billie Stritch, Bruce Vilanch, and Terri White. Written and Directed by Calvin Remsberg. Music Direction and Orchestrations by John McDaniel.
A great way to see a show at the McCallum Theatre is to organize 20 or more people who can attend as a group. Savings of up to 10% are available for many of our performances.

A typical group sales arrangement requires a non-refundable deposit to hold the tickets, with the balance due approximately 45 days prior to the show.

When you think about it, a group of 20 is easy to put together. It's ten couples, a birthday party, perhaps a church outing. All it takes to make it happen is a little advance planning and a phone call to our group sales manager.
