Jekyll & Hyde, The Musical
College of the Desert Presents
A true musical theatre phenomenon, Jekyll & Hyde attracted legions of loyal fans even before the show began its smash-hit Broadway run. An evocative tale of the epic battle between good and evil, Jekyll & Hyde is based on Robert Louis Stevenson's classic story about a brilliant doctor whose experiments with the human personality create a murderous counterpart. The haunting score features music by Frank Wildhorn (The Scarlet Pimpernel) and lyrics by Leslie Bricusse (Victor/Victoria, Doctor Doolittle, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory). Songs include "Once Upon A Dream," "This Is the Moment," "Someone Like You," "In His Eyes" and "A New Life." This COD Performing Arts production is fully staged and features the complete Broadway orchestration.

Dame Edna's Glorious Goodbye - The Farewell Tour Directed by Simon Phillips Details
FAREWELL POSSUMS! "It's the end of an era," cries the London Daily Telegraph, but Barry Humphries and his most famous creation Dame Edna Everage aren't going out with a whimper. They're going out with a rapid-fire explosion of convulsive laughter and cheers. On the pink and purple high heels of the pair's 2009 triumphant McCallum engagement and celebratory, sold-out seasons across the UK and Broadway, Australia's greatest entertainment export returns for more take-no-prisoners comedy and hijinks, and no one in the audience is safe from the Dame's wicked tongue. You dare not miss the spectacular side-splitting historic finale of Barry Humphries and global gigastar, Dame Edna Everage celebrating a 50-year career of sold-out venues, command performances for the Royal Family, television specials and around-the-world tours.

Fiddler on the Roof Details
Winner of 9 TONY Awards, Fiddler On The Roof is the brainchild of Broadway legends Jerome Robbins, Harold Prince, Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick. Touching audiences worldwide with its humor, warmth and honesty, Fiddler is set in the little village of Anatevka and centers on Tevye, a poor dairyman, and his five daughters. With the help of a colorful and tight-knit Jewish community, Tevye tries to protect his daughters and instill them with traditional values in the face of changing social mores and the growing anti-Semitism of Czarist Russia. Rich in historical and ethnic detail, Fiddler On The Roof's universal theme of tradition cuts across barriers of race, class, nationality and religion, leaving audiences crying tears of laughter, joy and sadness.

A great way to see a show at the McCallum Theatre is to organize 20 or more people who can attend as a group. Savings of up to 10% are available for many of our performances.

A typical group sales arrangement requires a non-refundable deposit to hold the tickets, with the balance due approximately 45 days prior to the show.

When you think about it, a group of 20 is easy to put together. It's ten couples, a birthday party, perhaps a church outing. All it takes to make it happen is a little advance planning and a phone call to our group sales manager.
